Free for schools
A desktop app for school offices: give out lockers, issue lock codes, print labels and letters, and keep it right through the year. Windows and Mac. Your data stays in your school’s own folder.
Version 0.13.0: ready to use, and it updates itself. Version 1.0 follows once printing, letters and a Windows install have been checked by hand at a school.
Free for schools. Registration required.
From Compass, Sentral, SIMON and others, with surname capitals fixed and the tricky ones flagged.
By year level, group and surname, with a draft you check before anything changes.
Codes follow lock makers’ advice, are not given back to a lock that had them in the last three years, stay hidden until asked for, and every reveal is recorded.
Exact millimetres on Avery sheets, your own measurements, and a calibration page for each printer.
Each student’s locker (and code, when their lock has one), with the right steps for their lock, in more than one language.
New students (imported or added by hand), leavers, moves and swaps, locks to reset, lost codes, reports, Undo after every change, and a guided start to next year.
A school that only needs to record who has which locker can do just that. Quick start makes an area, a bank and its lockers in one step. Keyed locks, or no locks, mean no codes to manage. Students can be added by hand, without an import, and labels and letters can be set aside with “We don’t use this”.
